There are certainly a lot of good people working there, but I've never experienced so many hostile and progress preventing people in my career.

Very stressful environment from merging companies. Lack of focus or plan for the migration. Misinformed employees and internal users. Most other teams are not as efficient as they can be. Updates to system resources can cause extreme call volume increases.
