      Large company with a lot of places to expand to.

      Cons

      Overloaded with work and unrealistic expectations. A lot of the work is menial, even for mid level positions.

      They offer 401K, PTO, holidays and 5% discount on their ESPP. It has been quite the learning experience working at Bridgeway a lot of helpful people are employed here.
