100% remote offers flexibility when needed. Overall mission and values are good, although often times they're just words and not reality.

Cons

Chaos. Constantly shifting priorities, budget/funding cuts, frequent layoffs, and reorgs make it very difficult to get things done. FTEs and contractors are required to submit timesheets every week and the process is incredibly cumbersome and time consuming (5+ hrs/week).

Nothing. Micromanaging prevents anything positive.

Cons

Incompetent management and lack the decency to properly lead. Horrible people, horrible place, like a young Boston. Micromanagement; leadership does NOT know what they're doing; technology is stuck in 1990s; constant meetings that rarely product results; in nearly every meeting management feels the need to berate one of their direct reports in front of over 40 employees.
