Working at Centene has been a fantastic experience. The company truly values work-life balance, and leadership respects boundaries while still encouraging growth. One of the things I’ve noticed is that very few people leave it’s a stable, long-term environment with plenty of opportunities to move up.

Cons

The only “drawback,” if you can call it that, is that managers tend to change every 2-3 years. But that’s because they’re consistently getting promoted, which speaks volumes about the company’s support for career advancement. Overall, Centene is a great place to build a meaningful, lasting career.
