Working remotely, no micromanaging, supportive team, no phone work

Sometimes, the communication across departments can get frustrating because it seems like no one knows what the other is doing. Additionally, they can implement changes without providing us with adequate notice, and we're expected to adapt immediately. I've adjusted well to this, but at the same time, when procedures are constantly changing, it can become frustrating and overwhelming.
