      Pros

      Fully remote, work from anywhere in the US, and mostly outbound calls

      Cons

      There's jobs here that pay over $90k. No reason why this job is only paying $60k when everyone has a bachelor's degree and most have a master's degree. It's a new role that constantly changes the protocol. You start contracted and the time you worked under contract does not count toward actual time worked. You must work in your role 1 year full time before applying to other jobs with them.

      Pros

      The top-down management is favored by many. Can't speak for all departments but specifically the analytics department, the managers are very transparent with their team and helpful.

      Cons

      The pay can be adjusted for inflation but employees starting new roles recieve pretty standard comp packages
