Overall Great Company

Pros

Great benefits such as 100% remote with flexibility - great work/life balance, tuition reimbursement, EAP, parental and caregiver leave, 17-22 paid vacation time, except health insurance (pretty costly considering it itself is a health insurance company) Can have great leadership

Cons

Expensive medical insurance for employees (for family: approx $350/paycheck). Promotion decisions are for HR to approve or deny, actual leadership does not have final say or authority on the matter, leadership can only try to advocate or justify promotion.

Pros

WFH Flexibility, PTO/Vaca Hours, Sick Time, Partially paid Medical, Vision & Dental Benefits, 401(k) match (Roth & Traditional), 1 year salary life insurance, EAP, Paid Holidays, 1 Floating Holiday, annual bonus.

Cons

There are certain employee benefit limitations that are built into healthcare. Unless you're in the C Suite, don't expect large bonus, great salary, other valuable compensation benefits other than the average. 3-5% merit increase, no cost of living adjustments, and most states don't have PTO that rollover to the next calendar year.
