      Pros

      Salary: Not bad. Full remote with few moments at the office. I'm manage my own time

      Cons

      In permanently reorganization. Massive lay-offs and no strategy direction. It's difficult manage a carreer-path because lack of strategy or absence of leadership.

      Pros

      I'm focusing this review on the IT area. There's a lot of room for learning. As part of the company you get a lot of courses and training from different platforms and mentors. There's some good salaries as well, at least in Chile.

      Cons

      As in any other big company there's a lot of bureaucracy involved. It depends on the area but most of the time you will need to ask for permission to do some stuff. For a lot of roles there's not a clear career path. You have to find your own way
