      The old school style is destroying the chances of building the future.

      Pros

      The entrepreneurship spirit in the company is inspiring, and forces you everyday to give 100%.

      Cons

      The presence of the founder is just too strong and he takes all the important decisions, which reduces motivation for the rest. The company is still too focused on the "years of service" more than in the "merits" so fo new employees is very frustrating.

      - Good salary compare to other similar size companies.

      Cons

      - Not good leadership. If there is any fault, it doesn't matter if is in your team or not. The leader will put all the responsibility and fault on you. He/she won't care for you. - The culture is so competitive. That You constantly need to be concern about what others are talking about you.
