      Great work enviorment between peers and plenty of opportunities to grow from junior to mid level ranks.

      Human Resources policys are not ajusted to the modern world, which makes it difficult to balance personal and professional life.

      Lot of opportunities to work with best suppliers and know the best in class and to change internally to a different position

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy, there are a lot of different cultures inside it depends on your boss (could be great or terrible), most of decisions are taken on top management so if you are in middle o lower positions you never decide
