Decent renumeration (compared to the rest of the industry). Good benefits package including medical and dental - package allows for some customization to your specific needs. Well respected employer with a good reputation. Good bonuses and profit sharing policy

Cons

Operates in a lean work force policy so sometimes the work load is excessive. Training opportunities for softer skills are not many - Most training is to meet technical needs or regulatory requirements.
