- Excellent benefits, including great travel, medical and pension. - Nice place to work. - Interesting, dynamic industry - Flat hierarchy means you are often in contact with very senior management - Challenging work

Cons

- Basically, no real Human Resources Management: no proper structure for development, training, on-boarding, goal-setting, leadership development. In ground roles in Hong Kong anyway. For cabin and cockpit crew, the systems are well set up. - Promotion and career planning are very department specific.
