      Pros

      This company provides a very stable working environment if you are someone who is not ambitious and just want to have work-life balance.

      Cons

      A combination of old legacy IT systems and out-dated technology, large base of very senior staff who are resistant to change, and a focus for training only on management trainees makes the experience of working in this company a frustrating one.

      having 90% off flight tickets for all airlines in standby mode, entitle 21 days annual leave/ year

      Cons

      would be in trouble for taking sick leave, shoes-shine culture is so common, promotion opportunity not depends on personal ability but social relations with management group/ senior purser, need to queue up for 7-8 years for promotion to the next ranking in normal track
