Pros

Cathay City is easily accessible (surprisingly) and the work life balance is excellent with most of the office closed by 6.30pm. The people are diverse and excellent to work with. The brand is fantastic. The majorly discounted flights are good when you can get on.

Cons

It's hard to go up the ladder due to management training schemes that have been in place forever. The gender diversity at senior levels is virtually zero.Some leaders definitely do not reflect the values that Cathay is rightly proud of.

people are very nice, there are always room for you to learn and improve, very consistent in their goals and they made it clear to every employee. Great working environment.

Cons

some of the benefits are lacking. esp the medical benefits of the new recruits. salary pay scheme is not as good as before.
