      Pros

      There are many benefits of working with Cathay Pacific which includes bonuses, food, 90% off of flights, cash allowance, and etc!

      Cons

      If you're willing to be away from home for more than half of the time then this would be the job for you. Also, most of the crew speaks Cantonese so if you speak another language then be prepared to be singled out sometimes.

      competitive salary, ok benefits, modern office building and facility, most colleagues are respectful

      Cons

      deep politics, especially in the IMT department. a few teams have very difficult bosses and colleagues. talk to a few people inside before you take the job.
