      Pros

      It's a great opportunity to experience the Asian culture, sharing ideas coming from different backgrounds. Over all it's a great journey, life time experience.

      Cons

      Working environments are quite subjective. Passengers wise are very demanding. Heavy work load.

      Pros

      Lots of friendly people work at Cathay, and its certainly an employer that will look after you. Perks are pretty good but could be improved They heavily invest in aircraft which is the heart of the business - they have the youngest fleet If you're happy to leave work behind every night, this a job for you

      Cons

      London offices are old and tired IT and systems are very out of date; there is only one IT coordinator for the whole of Europe - they need more to progress systems with the times Processes and mindsets are also in the dark ages; everything takes several approval levels, with a lot of Hong Kong oversight which makes development difficult
