      good allowance at layovers.

      Cons

      low pay and tough working conditions. crews are graded by their section leader each and every flight and other crew "shoe-shine" their section leader to get better scores even when they don't do their jobs correctly. Section leaders can be lazy leaving all the work load to the crews below them.. unfair heirarchy and culture.

      Big company with structure, employee clear of their expectation. Great travel benefit where employee will have work life balanced lifestyle

      Cons

      Relatively low salary compare to market and hard to progress up the ladder with Swire management trainee program in place. Staff morale is low.
