      Pros

      Good staff travel benefits, penision and medical scheme.

      Cons

      very seniority based company, would literally bend backwards for passengers. Lots of gossip, and can get extremely lonely on their layovers in Hong Kong as their hotel is by the airport.

      Cons

      Politics becomes a major company culture People got promotions because of politics and not because of their capabilities Not much new things to learn and difficult to grow career. They are now working on a 3 years cost cutting project and have just cut 600 ground staff in Hong Kong. So, very low staff morale.
