Almost never layoff. Good outport allowances (and tax free).
Cons
Limited choices of destinations as the airline flies out from Asia and you are outport based. ⅔ of the flights are long haul and you can fly as frequent as 5 long haul flights in a month which basically screw up your body clock 365 days in a year
