- Good benefits (huge discount on standby flights), it is definitely a big plus. - Network discount for selected hotels/ car rental etc., along with other seasonal discount. - Compensation and other overall benefits are relatively generous compared to market.

Cons

- Somewhat toxic culture, poor people management with unclear guidelines, leading to annoying office politics/ bureaucracy etc. - Extended working hours. Working during weekends or even during your annual leaves is not rare. - Very slow (if not, zero) career progression (unless you are management trainees) - Systems are relatively outdated and leading to lots of unnecessary manual works.
