Local leadership is extremely toxic. Many people leave due to low moral and culture. People work hard but receive no support from managers when needed. HR is useless and only serves management. Worst employer i have worked for.

Good benefits (huge discount on standby flights), it is definitely a big plus. - Network discount for selected hotels/ car rental etc., along with other seasonal discount. - Compensation and other overall benefits are relatively generous compared to market.

Cons

Cons - Somewhat toxic culture, poor people management with unclear guidelines, leading to annoying office politics/ bureaucracy etc. - Systems are relatively outdated and leading to lots of unnecessary manual works.
