Below industry standard pay, especially when considering exorbitant cost of living in Hong Kong. Almost no medical benefits, you have to buy yourself or rely on government. No contract security, everything is revocable. Incompetent management, had to cancel hundreds of flights because they don’t understand how Flight Time Limitations work. Medium and Long haul fleets get paid only ⅔ of narrowbody pay, despite working much harder. Utter disrespect for flight crew, only empty words of appreciation, immediately followed by pay cuts recently.
