Good pay and looks good on a resume

Cons

Absolutely horrendous experience. Constantly doing required learning. Constantly firefighting due to bureaucratic inefficiencies. I feel like I'm constantly doing compliance and forever stuck in meetings, creating constant need to work in the evenings and on weekends to get my actual work done. Zero work/life balance. I know several people have suffered health problems from the overwork. I feel like I'm constantly being told I'm at the wrong window, like a giant government agency that can't move so much as a paperclip without having to go through 50 miles of red tape. How is this company even still on the Fortune 100 list? It's arcane.
