Pay is great and benefits are as well with 401K company match and a consistent dividend payout quarterly.

Cons

Unfortunately, it has shifted back to a 5 day in the office work model. Yes, you still have some flexibility if you need to run home early for certain reasons, but there is no more WFH life.
