Good pay but the entire work environment is like high school

Good pay Full time hours Frequent overtime Diverse work culture There are good people there, but there are also plenty of brown noses.

Cons

Management tends to make up reasons to get people into trouble. Work life balance is nonexistent because they are always so far behind on production schedule and rather than fix the issue when one comes up they tend to ignore it and act surprised when everything starts going poorly. Human Resources is very unreliable and tend to make frequent errors when it comes to data entry. Rumors and gossip are like currency. Management does a poor job of addressing these issues in just about every capacity.
