      Pros

      You will be able to apply a lot of different skillsets to find solutions to challenging problems. Communication is key. Having good working relationship with stakeholders will ensure you achieve goals in a timely fashion.

      Cons

      Not always responsive to implementing ideas that do not have a short ROI. Some managers might be difficult to work with.
