Pros

great people diversity family atmosphere recognition and appreciation freedom to express thoughts openly very helpful and understanding people I had a great time!

Cons

I honestly could not see any other than the typical sluggishness associated with large companies. This being a a large organization, I did feel that there were too many loops involved and probably could benefit from cutting that down.

Pros

Excellent product range. One of the best in overall technological advancement. Friendly management. Excellent work environment. Good perks in good times.

Cons

Glass ceilings for minorities and i would say women as well. Very centralized management. This creates lack of vision in my opinion.

Pros

as a heavy equipment manufacturer, it provides almost all engineering disciplines for an engineer. so it is a good place for an engineer to furnish your engineering skills. Also, pay is competitive.

Cons

life in Peoria may be boring for some people, as it is a small city in central Illinois. Recent layoff is frightening.
