Pros

Excellent global brand with tremendous reputation that we back up with our values in action each and every day. Goos job security.

Cons

Too reliant on expensive and increasingly uncompetitive Dealer channel to reach our valued customers. Compensation package is becoming increasingly uncompetitive.

Pros

Good Work environment, ability to move within company, always learning new technologies that are the forefront of the construction industry

Cons

If you are a contract, it is not as stable as they make it sound. Working in Peoria is not always fun and not a very diversified product group

Promotion is limited in some businesse units. Jobs can be stressful sometimes. Peoria area is not very good place to raise faimily.
