Pros

1) Leader in the earthmoving equipment industry. 2) Wide range of career opportunites due to vast array of businesses within Cat 3) Truly a global company with one, solid culture

Cons

1) Somewhat slow in making decisions, but greatly improved with Doug Oberhelman's leadership 2) Compensation and benefit advantages aren't what they used to be, but are still much better than our competitors' offerings
