Pros

Unlimited mobility. Lots of opportunities to change jobs, division, cities. People are friendly and the brand is renown worldwide. Industry leaders in most of their divisions.

Cons

Locations are not the most attractive to a lot of employees (small cities, not much allure). With companies of this size, there is always a lot of competition.
