Pros

Very good balance of life and work. Great benefits and easy to schedule time off when needed. Great place to learn LEAN manufacturing, SAP, 5S, and active Continuous Improvement.

Cons

Section managers work based off their own personal agenda's. Very low pay for the assemblers. Performance based pay is based off the whole plant including the temp workers who receive no bonus(and thus no motivation other than getting by on minimal input). Wages were at $17hr but were reduced (only assemblers took a pay reduction NOT management) to $12hr with a very slow progression up to 14.50$
