      Pros

      Job stability is pretty good. Salaries are decent. Bonuses pay a big role especially on good years, but this might not continue in the future.

      Cons

      Advancement generally tough. Not the most qualified get promoted, more like the person who talks the most gets promoted.

      Pros

      Great culture where employees are treated well in order to retain talent. Truly values work life balance. Attracts and retains fantastic employees and walks the talk in terms of ethics.

      Cons

      I have never seen the company fire anyone. While the people are great there is potentially a lack of urgency or accountability within the company . Long retention also means there is not a lot of new blood brought into the company which means everyone has learned and does things the "Caterpillar" way.
