Not a bad job, dont expect much upward mobility

Job is not hard especially if you have a good team.

Cons

Attendance policy for hourly associates is awful. HR hides out in the office and enforces policy very inconsistently. They make exceptions sometimes, sometimes they dont. In the end they can always just blame the front line management for the hourly issues.
