Cons

No flexible working or hybrid option anymore does not support an inclusive and diverse workforce. Company are going against their own values of Trust and Integrity by not trusting employees to be able to work in a hybrid set up. Used to be such a good place to work, sadly not any more, Such a sad change over past 6 months. Poor communication - there has been no consistency to deliver the change to work policy guidance resulting in a toxic work environment as rumours spread. Senior leaders are making the rules up as they go along for return to office mandate and using intimidation tactics to get people to come back in for fear of losing their job!
