A lot of overtime. Decent training

Cons

Pay was low. Co workers were not they greatest to be around. Pretty poor management with scheduling conflicts. Very short breaks. Felt like a robot going through the motions. High stress job. Low reward.

Excellent compensation package, plenty of challenging work to keep you busy, good opportunities for advancement as long as you don’t want to be remote.

Cons

No remote work at all, inconsistent policy application across divisions.
