Dedicated, hardworking coworkers. A meaningful mission.

Cons

Too much work assigned per person. Eighty hour weeks, working at all hours into the night and working on PTO is expected. The senior management sits in their ivory tower and micromanages, creates a bad situation that makes work errors likely, doesn't take employee feedback to fix problems, and blames the lower level workers when the inevitable mistakes occur, and hides all this from customers. Despite their grand and noble mission statements, it is all about the almighty dollar.
