Pros
Fast Paced, Growing and yet still a family feel to the place. Really enjoy my co-workers and the relationships I have been able to build these last few years. We are growing and hiring and helping companies from all over the world develop medicines that save peoples lives. In addition, company is very active in our community supporting a variety of philanthropic events.
Cons
We are growing very quickly, need to continue to invest in our people and the physical space, this is not a con, but rather need to make sure there is a long term plan to sustain the rapid growth of our customers and our employees.
