      Great learning environment; especially for newer entrants into workforce. If you are willing to work hard, learn the business and open to taking on new and expanded responsibilities, you will thrive in Catalent's culture. Senior management is open minded and generally responsive to making positive change.

      Cons

      At times company's business model can feel complex. Company has over 30 sites around the world. So be prepared to develop relationships with colleagues that are remote and work across time zones.
