Pros

good work/life balance, great people and minds. Huge company with great 401K and exposure to people from all over but the emphasis seems to be on profits/money over investing in retention of great people.

Cons

rapidly changing priorities and senior leadership does a poor job of being able to engage or inspire despite this being a core value at Catalent

Great benefits & nice 12 hour flexible schedule. Co workers were fairly nice. Would recommend to others. Lots of paperwork to do

Cons

Raises were not all that common. Lots of paperwork also. Not really much room for error. Too many bosses in my opinion. Felt like a hospital
