      Pros

      Nearly nothing that I would mention here, except some (few) nice colleagues. Pays regularly (no a real good ideas, if it's just something like this one needs to find 10 words in "pro" area).

      Cons

      No realistic aims. To less ressources. And then the employees have been to stupid to reachimpossible aims.Ever growing pressure. Each month a new idea and a month later its forgotten. Work - life balance is 95 % on the work site.Training only as far as it is legally required and even for that you have to fight. No open discussions possible.

      Need to make sure all employees are aligned in achieving the same goals. Too many operators in "jobs" rather than careers.
