Pros

Fast pace and great learning environment. Opportunity to work across very diverse range of customers, products and services, and also to interact with other sites around the globe.

Cons

Strong customer focus means customers always come first. Great for customers, but high-pressure environment means work-life balance can be a challenge at times.

I'm pretty sure most of the 4 or 5 star reviews are coming from Catalent HR to make the company seem more attractive. I may have my own bias from working there for six years, but NOBODY would describe Catalent as a "great place" if they were being g honest

Cons

Terrible management. Catalent doesn't like its managers to speak openly about bonuses, because they are only offered to mgmt. And they are relatively generous bonuses, all things considered, but non managers get NOTHING. The system is set up to provide enough incentive for managers to work rank and file employees like dogs, and when the fiscal year ends, and the money is getting divided up for bonuses and raises, managers actively work to minimize raises to employees, so there can be extra money to go towards mgmt bonuses. Its a very ugly system, creates a terrible divide between mgmt and employees.

Great group of people to work with. Highly intelligent coworkers.

Cons

Overworked with minimal appreciation. Expect long hours including weekends. HIgh stressed and constantly putting out fires.
