      Flexible work hours Some colleagues are really great, helpful.

      Cons

      People esp. in management are here for 10yrs+, have no idea about the current work culture and technology. The bullying culture, esp. if you are not in the "team" then, they will start bullying you verbally , make fun of you. Managers who lead this bullying team gives you extensive work, and bad performance review. very very PATHETIC work culture. Raise is just a joke (0.1% to 3%).

      Pros

      Enjoy working with the department manager and like my job in specific. Enjoy working there as an individual, easy lay back duties.

      Cons

      Unorganized establishment, group leaders are weak and can't enforce duties, job gets done but could have gotten done with less analyst. No utilizing of work force.
