      Long Days Full of Micromanaging

      Pros

      My co-workers are genuine and fun people who will help and support you. The company provides some good perks like bringing in food trucks on Fridays in the summer and selling subsidized sports tickets.

      Cons

      Management is severely lacking in direction and focus. Expect micromanaging daily. There is no steady work schedule. The stress level is very high. Workdays are exceedingly long, 50 hour weeks are normal. Some of my coworkers put in 60-70 hours some weeks.

      Great place to work. Nice people and plenty of opportunity to move up!

      Cons

      Sometimes working long hours during the day. Not ideal for anyone but you can expect this anywhere else.

      If you are a go-getter, you can make a huge impact. Lots of great people. Huge company, but with a small company feel.

      Cons

      Challenging! Lots of change as they transition to newer systems. This place will not automatically lead you to a growth career. You must adapt, take on new roles, and drive. Then you will get somewhere.
