Pros
+ good salary + plenty of overtime + and that's about it ! If you looking for place where you can earn decent wage Catalent is for you.
Cons
- bad management - poor canteen - loads of people going behind your back - a lot of really strange people with personal issues (should be on pills I'd use to produce) - no social life there outside of work - poor quality products ! On meetings they only talk about quality and shop floor oooo well there's a lot of stuff they want to cover up there - shifts ! Weekends work and bank holidays always at work. - and to much hate hate hate !
