Pros
Good people in operations, meaningful work, always overtime available and good benefits. Pay is only good if you ask for a higher starting rate initially, after getting hired don't expect a worthwhile raise unless you threaten to leave.
Cons
Bonuses use to be given out more frequently but now they're nonexistent. There are quite a few events for the holidays and such but the operators rarely get to participate in them due to the high workload. Communication is incredibly horrible, which is frustrating when you're relying on 3+ teams to get things done. You'll be slow for 3 days straight and then all of a sudden it's a rush to get things done and higher-ups are breathing down your neck and asking you to stay late an hour before you're supposed to leave.
