Flexible schedule if you work with the right management. Great PTO days from the start. Management can be great!

Cons

Management can be terrible! Don't expect raises so get a good starting salary, it's not going anywhere from there.

Nice to work with best people. People are really helping to get the work done. Good company to start with and learn so many things.

Cons

Work are not steady because of highly dependence on the customer. Old fashion working instrument/facilities. Lot of manual work compared to other companies.
