      Pros

      It's a CDMO. It's pharma. You can learn about CDMOs and pharma overall to get some experience under your belt.

      Cons

      Benefits are so-so. Not much better than other pharma companies. IT is scattered too much, and not willing to make investments to improve, just maintain. It's not a startup anymore. Too much change and a significant reduction in headcount this year. Catalent is on shaky ground now.
