Most people are friendly and enjoyable to work with

Cons

At the time through my employment, leadership went through multiple 'strategic' work force reductions. One specifically targeted IT, which was simply a cost cutting exercise with no plan to address the projects and workload for the remaining employees. Leadership did not have the experience to go through such an exercise. Two years later, those leaders are gone and new leaders are brought in, rinse and repeat.

Worklife balance and pay were decent.

Cons

Promises not kept. Worked as Project Manager but not given the role as promised nor did I receive any compensation for working as both coordinator and project manager. Did not ever receive a promotion after being told it was filed for over a year. Others were promoted within weeks with different managers.
