      Knowledgeable workforce, this is the only good thing I can say

      Horrible communication. 3 weeks in they gave my locker to someone new and erased my computer because the "thought I quit". They didn't even call me to ask. No real training . Upper management did not want to make any improvements. We regularly didn't know if we were working the holidays or what the rules were Supervisors could not write up temps or get rid of them even if we caught them sleeping multiple times

      After reading a few employee reviews, the picture that emerges for all the Catalent sites is one of severe managerial ineptitude. And the Chelsea site is no exception, Managers and Directors alike, proudly display their embarrassingly shallow technical knowledge with an arrogance guaranteed to turn off any prospective clients [and then wonder why there are no new projects on the pipeline!]
