Truly disappointed in the development of the site

Pros

Diverse work force, challenging work and customers. There are opportunities to improve many processes and procedures. The vacation is fairly generouse (just don't expect to be able to use it all) and the medical/dental coverage is average. They have cookies on Fridays.

Cons

No caeer development, only training on different techniques to fill in for the other cogs that are continually leaving. Continually pulling work forward to pad monthly numbers instead of using that time to improve efficiencies. And those padded numbers help management make their bonus of which most salaried employees are eligible for. And the continual pandering by senior manangement about engagement, improvement, development, etc - the lip service is annoying and incessant.

Pros

The PTO and salary are satisfactory. Challenging work. Close to home and to restaurants. A great learning experience.

Cons

Management is oblivious to actual workloads of personel. A lot of politics everywhere in the company. A lot of backstabbing within coworkers. No development guidance whatsover, training programs are nonexistent. The only thing Senior Management cares is the big bonuses they get by exploiting their employees. The only reason I stay here is because there are almost no companies close by that would offer me the same benefits I get here.

Pay, Insurance and PTO are satisfactory.Could be an excellent place to work with new management.

Cons

401K match is terrible(Walmart is actually better).Corporate preaches about ethics but our site managers do not act ethically and actually punish workers for reporting problems. They are not interested in the true root causes of problems.Site management is too focused on their careers and hiring/promoting their friends and themselves that they don't actually do their jobs well which is not serving the customer, company or employees.Ethical over site from corporate or an outside firm is needed.
